China’s ride-hailing giant Didi has recently set up a travel-related company976 Archives according to the corporate database Qichacha. The move indicates the company’s focus on tourism, as the new firm covers a wide range of businesses, including ticketing agency and mini-bus leasing business services to tourism project consulting. Established on Feb. 2, Tianjin Yingkesong Technology Co. is wholly-owned by Beijing Xiaoju Technology Co., which operates the taxi-hailing service Didi, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million.
