Poor Leon had quite the violent path -- spoiler alert for a 35-year-old movie-- escaping the Tyrell corporation after killing Blade Runner Holden but later meeting his end at the hands of another replicant, Rachael.
Kowalski is just one of a handful of replicants to have their Inception Date come to pass. Roy Batty, that bad boyer, replicant, celebrated his in January 2016 and was closely followed by Pris in February of 2016 and Zhora in June of 2016.
This won't be the last Inception Date to note from the original Blade Runner film. Rachael's is still to come in May of 2017, meaning we'll get the main Inception Dates -- but what of Deckard??? -- before Blade Runner 2049 hits theaters in October 2017.
