While Apple won’t officially release the next generation of macOS until the fall, that doesn’t mean you have to wait to give it a go. Mojave packs a punch with features like Dark Mode, a redesigned Mac App Store, and under the hood improvements.

To get the macOS 10.14 Mojave beta, you will need to register with your Apple ID at beta.apple.com (also the place to access the iOS 12 beta). You'll then be prompted to download the macOS Mojave public beta access utility. After you’ve installed this app, the Updates section of the Mac App Store will include the public beta seeds. It might take a few minutes for those updates to appear, as the utility will need to register your Mac with Apple’s public beta servers.
Once that happens, the macOS Mojave public beta will appear as an update -- click on that and the installer will download. Then just run the macOS Mojave installer by choosing which drive to install it on and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
After the installation is complete, you'll have macOS Mojave on your Mac. And that new purple icon in the dock is the official Feedback app, which lets you send thoughts and recommendations about Mojave directly to Apple. Go on, be an influencer!
