What could Dubya possibly be joking about? It's unclear, though he seems to craft a joke right as President Clinton speaks of a "new beginning."
Either way, it's nice to see five former Presidents on stage raising money for a good cause and doing something that doesn't either damage the country or cause it great humiliation.
This is the first time all five former living presidents have been together since 2013. The presidents are estimated to have raised approximately $31 million so far.
