A fitting name for a dog with such an important position.
The presidential pup has already been pretty busy since being welcomed into Macron's family. He stood by Macron's side when he met with Niger President Mahamadou Issoufou.
BBCreports that the president and First Lady Brigitte picked Nemo up on Sunday. Nemo was previously abandoned in Tulle, in the southern Corrèze region of France, but now he has a happy home with the president's family.
And it doesn't look like he's leaving Macron's side anytime soon.
