In case you didn't believe that the model is like the rest of us plebeians, on Monday night Teigen shared a very relatable video of how her skin decides to rebel against her during that time of month.

"This is my skin on my period," she says in the video, point out red splotches on her face. "Look at it, it's so angry," she continues.

Since hormones surge during menstruation, skin can get oily—which can clog pores and voila, it's a recipe perfect for acne.

This bit of realness from Teigen is far from the first time she's been real about her body. Before putting her skin on display, Teigen showed off her very normal stretch marks, and like then, the responses have been overwhelmingly positive and grateful.
