In the r/Florida subreddit, users have organized live streams by city. Most are from beach clubs, restaurants, and hotels in the Panama City area, including a Holiday Inn resort, Spinnaker Beach Club, and Emerald View Resorts.

As Lifehacker pointed out, local news station 10News WTSP is running several cams from the Tampa area, including a few radar maps and a view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
