Smith's "full stop" comment, which was spread widely on social media, comes after analyst Andrew Napolitano claimed onFox & FriendsTuesday that "three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command" and requested British intelligence officials spy on Trump.
But that wasn't the case.
"Fox News cannot confirm Judge Napolitano's commentary," Smith said.
Looks like Smith's continuing his journey to become the most viral fact checker on the network.
