Thankfully, the glitter adorning the drinks is edible. And, trying this one at home with normal glitter is definitely not a good idea.
Debs and Andrew Pease who run the coffee shop in Melbourne, Lichfield, are the sparkle-loving creators of the golden glitter lattes. They say they're forever experimenting with coffee and cakes. They say the glitter lattes were just an experiment to have a little fun.
"We are quirky, and unashamedly true to us. We love a laugh and making people happy," the couple told Mashable.

But, Melbourne isn't the first coffee shop to create a glittery coffee drink. A coffee shop in India is selling glitter cappuccinos, which a truly a feast for the eyes.
