Twitter recently rolled out their latest update that finally made @ replies even more confusing. Now974 Archives usernames no longer count towards the 140 character limit. It's an update that nobody really asked for and that nobody seems to be happy with, especially when considering the uptick of abuse that has plagued the platform as of late.
Though every update Twitter rolls out is apparently in the interest of helping new users, the site seems to be more confusing and convoluted than ever before. (Also, the default picture isn't an egg anymore, for some reason.)
So we did some thinking and came up with eight simple things Twitter can do to actually make its platform a little better.
