Should there be an advantage to those who were alreadypretty huge before this decade, or are you giving points to those who were completely unknown pre-2010 and have now achieved the highest of highs? How will you choose to compare individuals who seem on an upward trajectory versus those whose biggest accomplishments seem behind them? 

When choosing our contenders, we tried to limit this to what these individuals accomplished in the entertainment sphere, as opposed to their lives as celebrities/brands.
