The ad features women bleeding after hours of ballet practice, after falling while mountain biking, and after being hit when boxing.
The ad's message is clear: women bleed in a variety of different settings, not just when they're menstruating.
The powerful ad ends with the words, "No blood should hold us back," followed by "Don't let your period stop you."
People have taken to social media to extol Bodyform's "empowering" ad.
