Borat then barges in to interrupt the encounter. Dressed in a pink bikini, he informs Giuliani that Tutar is "too old" for him.

Giuliani, who didn't appear to recognize Cohen, was startled enough to report him to the NYPD. The damage to Giuliani's reputation — whatever's left of it — was already done. A still from the scene, which shows Giuliani with his hand down his pants, is already the viral foundation of a meme.
