For centuries, humans have busy looking for images of eternal truth in their everyday lives. But over on Reddit's r/funny, users found something even more awe-inspiring; and they found it in a pattern on a dog's anus. This week, after years of similar comparisons, we now have the IKEA monkey in a dog's butt.

Darwin had just escaped his owner's home, where he was being kept illegally, when he was discovered wandering IKEA, and immediately became an internet meme.
He has lived in our hearts from that day on.
