“He was like, ‘I’m eating here, get out of here,’” she told the Star.
Serwylo tried to get a wildlife removal company to help her evict the raccoon, but had no luck. Instead ,she waited about thirty minutes for the raccoon to leave her home, in which time he polished off every last piece of bread he could find.
“I was growling at him and hissing at him, trying to scare him out, but he wasn’t having any of it,” Serwylo said.
But even after the raccoon left, Serwylo said she heard them clawing outside her door for hours.
Despite the startling experience, Serwylo said she found her raccoon encounter "hilarious." And based on her most recent Instagram stories it looks like she's restocking her bread and taking a few extra precautions to keep uninvited visitors out of her home.
